STEPHEN SHARPLESS, Legal Administrator
A native of the Tidewater area of Virginia, Stephen’s primary responsibilities are assisting with the day-to-day operations of the office, contracts administration, and client development. Prior to joining the firm, he was employed as a Contracts Manager with Collins Aerospace, headquartered in Charlotte. Prior to Collins, he served as Legal Services Administrator in Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools Office of General Counsel (CMS) from 2009 - 2016. Prior to CMS, Stephen worked as a Senior Structured Finance Paralegal in the Charlotte offices of Dewey LeBoeuf; Hunton Andrews Kurth; and Cadwalader Wickersham & Taft.

Personal
Stephen lives in Charlotte with his wife, Sonja, and two daughters, Kelly and Kai.
