BETH SNOVER, Partner

Beth’s practice is in commercial real estate, including representing buyers and sellers of both developed and undeveloped property.  Over the past 30 years, she has developed an expertise in drafting and negotiating contracts for the purchase or sale of property, reviewing title, resolving title issues, handling closings  and reviewing leases.  

Prior to forming Bringewatt, Wolter & Snover, she practiced with the law firm of Smith Helms Mulliss & Moore, L.L.P.

Her broad range of experience includes:
• Representing either buyers or sellers in connection with the purchase of property, from the contract stage to closing
• Reviewing and negotiating commercial leases

Personal
Beth lives in Charlotte with her husband Jay. They have four children. They are graduates of  Washington College in Chestertown, Maryland, The University of the South at Sewanee, Vanderbilt University and (as of 2020) the University of Tennessee. Their younger daughter is a law student at the University of Denver.
